My Thoughts

My journey so far has shaped these beliefs:

  • Speed is a myth if you allow excuses, work alone.
  • Focused obsession creates value.
  • Value Creation > Value Capture.
  • World moves more towards interactivity.
  • Confidence is the food of the wise but the liquor of the fool.
  • Focus on the destination and not the vehicle.
  • Hard work is shit. Combine it with faster and smarter work.
  • Reach the product's 'Aha!' moment quickly and in an iconic, memorable way.
  • Comfort never brings change.
  • Be hard on yourself, not others.
  • Your ability to handle chaos is directly proportional to the number of uncomfortable conversations you are willing to have.
  • Take the risks that make the world better.
  • People who work alone begin to understand spirituality.
  • Fail fast. Learn faster.
  • Vagueness doesn't build companies. Clarity is the key.
  • Product and distribution first, tech later.

My opinions, take them or leave them. I struggle with them too, and it kills me everytime.

I keep coming back to how complex humans really are. That curiosity led me to Zeon. LLMs describe the world - games are one of the few places where action, consequence, and state change actually exist.

At gamesbyzeon.com we generate games from prompts and instrument every session: movement, decisions, reactions. The same product that acquires players also trains models that understand space, time, and gesture.

Still early. Hungry to learn and build. Focused on solving hard problems at the intersection of play, distribution, and physical AI.
